Job summary

Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Customer Information Representative to join the Deposit Support team in Halifax or Harrisburg, PA. You will verify and update customer records on the Core System, process data entry and document submission, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, strong typing and computer skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; deposit accounts training.
• Minimum one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify set up and change customer information records.
• Perform data entry, account coding, verification, and documentation.
• Support maintenance of customer profiles and accounts.
• Respond to routine inquiries within policy.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery testing as needed.
• Maintain required procedures and follow CIP guidelines.
