Job summary

Happen Bank is hiring a Deposit Operations Associate to ensure deposits, checks, and ATM activities flow smoothly for personal and commercial clients. You’ll own your queue, maintain accurate records, and work toward high-quality service in a hybrid, in-office model in Lehi or Boston.

You’ll leverage AI tools and technology to complete transactions efficiently while upholding regulatory standards and customer-first communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, retail customer service, banking, or a call center environment.
• Ownership of customer concerns and resolve issues at first contact.
• Ability to adapt quickly, think critically under pressure, and stay accurate in a fast-paced back office.
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and Miser platforms.
• Look for AI tools to help speed work and reduce errors, and speak up for better processes.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process mobile deposits, check exceptions, and ATM settlement postings, catching issues before customers see them.
• Complete online account transactions, openings, and service requests for personal and commercial customers including levies and tax payments.
• Reconcile deposit and ATM-related GL accounts and support audits with accurate records.
• Apply knowledge of deposit products, procedures, and regulatory requirements for professional service.
• Use available tools, including AI-assisted resources, to move through routine tasks faster.
• Meet monthly quality and service standards and take on additional projects as needed.
