Stearns Bank is seeking a Lead Deposit Operations Specialist in St. Cloud, MN, a hybrid role with in-office rotation. You will lead multiple areas of Deposit Operations, guide team members, and drive process improvements while ensuring accurate daily processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of banking operations experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ITI preferred.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple areas of Deposit Operations and provide team guidance.
• Ensure daily processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and lead process improvements and changes.
• Support account maintenance, IRA, stop payments, NSF, debit card functions.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with wire operations and funding activities.
• Support branch and in-office rotation.
