The position emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory awareness, and effective communication with all levels. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with competitive benefits dependent on tenure and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of banking operations experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deposit Operations team across multiple areas.
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure accurate daily processes.
• Identify and drive process improvements and changes.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit operations and regulatory requirements.
• Support daily operational activities including account maintenance and IRA support.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with wire operations and funding activities.
• Support specialized deposit functions and research requests.
• Participate in in-office rotation and support branch activities.
• Assist with training and development for team members.
