Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Deposits Support Specialist to provide exceptional internal support to branch personnel for deposit operations. You will respond to requests from branches and the customer support center, investigate issues including fraud, and ensure accurate processing of checks and general ledger tasks.

You will train staff on deposit processes, maintain procedures, and produce reporting on quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Provide internal help desk support for branch staff and customer support center.
• Respond to customer requests from branches and customer support center.
• Research and resolve difficult issues including fraud and error investigations.
• Provide reporting on quality metrics and individual performance.
• Maintain ATM accounts including balancing of ATMs daily.
• Monitor and update debit card customers.
• Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide training on deposit processes to staff.
• Provide support and backup to other teams within the department.

• Complete and track all Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.
• Complete all check adjustments.
• Conduct quality control on new account setups and maintenance.
• Track errors of quality control assessments daily.
• Maintain procedure documents and checklists for deposit accounts.

• Complete and track all Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.
• Complete all check adjustments.
• Conduct quality control on new account setups, account maintenance and other department processing.
• Track errors of quality control assessments daily.
• Provide reporting on quality metrics and individual performance.
• Maintain ATM accounts including balancing of ATM’s daily.
• Monitor, contact, maintain and update debit card customers.
• Daily balancing of Killbuck Savings Bank internal checking accounts and Bill Pay.
• Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide training on deposit processes to branch staff, deposit operations staff and customer support center.
• Provide support and backup to other teams within the department as needed.
• Maintain procedure documents and checklists for deposit accounts.
