GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an experienced professional for Deposit Operations support within an in-house banking services team. The role requires setting up users for Business Online Banking and TM services, handling ACH processing and wire transfers, and assisting customers via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Deposit Operations or banking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills both on phone and via email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Setup of new Business Online Banking users and TM services.
• Process ACH Origination and Incoming ACH; handle wires.
• Troubleshoot online banking and TM services for customers.
• Track, report, and monitor TM client activity daily.
• Verify signatures and approvals on wires per Bank policy; initiate/approve wires.
• Process chargebacks, ACH items, IRA and CD interest checks.
• Monitor and address stop payments and positive pay items daily.
• Maintain policies and procedures for all processes noted above.
• Provide support to retail and lending staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
