  • Review deposit activity and identify exceptions, errors, or risks requiring follow-up.
  • Assist with daily balancing, reporting, and internal control reviews.
  • Research posting exceptions, returned items, and account servicing issues.
  • Support debit card servicing, including maintenance requests and dispute assistance.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidential customer and financial information with care.

Job Description:

The Deposit Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting daily banking operations through transaction review, account maintenance, electronic payment processing, exception resolution, and compliance-related activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process electronic payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, processing exceptions, and account-related issues.
