Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Commercial Credit Coordinator to analyze data entry and file maintenance for deposit systems, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals. Hybrid role based in Waltham, MA, with emphasis on compliance and timely processing.

You will support cross-functional teams, review documentation, and coordinate with lines of business to resolve issues, while upholding risk controls and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• 3-5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Bank Operations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to include both written and oral, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams etc.

Responsibilities

• Process customer-initiated and internal transactions, foreign check collection processes, CD renewal and closeout requests, processing deposit account interest rate concessions, stopping and reissuing bank checks, and reviewing on-us stop payments.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure the integrity of deposit account documentation and coordinate tracking/reporting of missing/incomplete documents.
• Index records through the bank's digital archival system, ensuring accurate data entry and quality control of documentation.
• Receive, open, and distribute mail; respond to customer correspondence; review address changes for proper authorization; adjust address restrictions as needed.
• Collaborate across departments ensuring adherence to policies/procedures and regulatory requirements; uphold controls and risk management to prevent losses.
• Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines; perform additional duties as required.
