Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in generating new deposit business.
• Strong business development skill and a self-starter.
• Ability to work and thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
• Commercial banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in calling on and working with commercial businesses.
• Ability to form effective relationships and influence senior-level personnel.
• Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess industry trends and leverage resources to grow the deposit portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Grow deposit relationships with commercial businesses, institutions, and non-profit organizations.
• Research potential clients to build a strong pipeline and deliver against sales targets.
• Assist with onboarding and customer acquisition processes from initial contact to proposal development.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, product knowledge, and credit needs assessment.
• Support deposit-related marketing and business development strategies through trade and client networking events.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with trade associations and the financial community to enhance new business generation.
