3C Metal Group in Houston seeks a dedicated Deployment Fitter to join our team. The role covers fit up and installation of piping and structures in the workshop, offshore sites, and remote locations, ensuring quality workmanship and strict safety adherence.

You will set up components per drawings, perform cutting, threading and drilling, and install piping, valves, fittings, and equipment while participating in daily toolbox meetings to address safety and project priorities.

Position overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deployment Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various Fit up and Installation works for the fabrication of Piping and Structure in our workshop, offshore, and in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up piping/structure according to Engineering Drawings.
• Ensuring high quality fit up is conducted on all fabrication work based on required tolerances required for the welding process.
• Undertaking Cutting, Threading, Chamfering, Drilling, etc.
• Undertaking piping, valve, fittings, structures, equipment installation.
• Involved with Daily Morning Toolbox meetings to ensure the day’s activities are clear and addressing any safety concerns/issues/topics.
