Job summary

POS360, Inc. seeks a Deployment Systems Technician II to prepare, test, and package equipment for deployment, including terminals, 360 Pro systems, printers, and scanners. This role blends in-house pre-deployment work with limited field installs to maintain hands-on installation knowledge.

You will perform QA checks, packing, labeling, documentation, and ensure readiness for deployment while supporting warehouse tasks and general operations as needed.

Qualifications

• : Minimum of 2 years of experience in POS, field installation, technical support, or a related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• : Configure, program, and test credit card terminals prior to deployment.
• : Verify terminal setup, functionality, and deployment readiness before equipment leaves the office.
• : Assist deployment technicians with terminal-related issues during deployments.
• : Provide support to Client Services for terminal-related issues.
• : Collaborate with external technical support teams to ensure terminals are configured and functioning.
• : Identify and communicate recurring issues to senior staff.
