Job summary

Sitreps is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our Arlington-based field teams. The role demands deep domain expertise, hands-on platform configuration, and a focus on adoption and mission success on client sites 80–100% of the time.

You will map analyst workflows, capture tacit knowledge, and encode it into agents, workflows, and skills while collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers. Strong Python skills and a track record in intelligence environments are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an analyst, operator, or targeteer in the relevant mission space, with direct experience doing the work.
• Demonstrated ability to become a power user of complex analytic tooling and to teach it to experienced users.
• Working Python proficiency, including scripting and data wrangling, and comfort reading and modifying code.
• Practical understanding of AI agent concepts, including prompting, workflow and evaluation design, and where agents fail, or a clear track record of picking up new technical tooling fast.

Responsibilities

• Mapping current analyst workflows before platform configuration begins.
• Tribal knowledge capture by interviewing experienced analysts and operators to surface SOPs and undocumented practices.
• Encoding knowledge into the platform as agents, workflows, and skills, owning output being mission correct and not only technically valid.
• Agent quality through prompt and workflow design, evaluation, and failure analysis to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers who own the connectors, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Drive adoption through hands-on training and coaching as the role's primary metric.
• Collect analyst feedback on platform behavior as the main point of contact.
• Create reusable workflow documentation to shorten future deployments.
