Qualifications

• A history of owning a messy, multi-party problem and staying on it until it was resolved.
• Clear writing and sharp presentation skills; explain technical detail to both technical and business audiences.
• Comfort in front of people and ability to explain technical topics to business audiences.
• Strong organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Exposure to data governance, AI space, and cloud platforms via coursework, internships, or self-teaching.

Responsibilities

• Keep evaluations moving; coordinate with Account Executives and Deployment Strategists to maintain momentum across opportunities.
• Provide updates proactively; keep customers and account teams informed about status, next steps and owners.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with the team.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, evidence-backed feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Walk users through features with focused demos and working examples.
• Contribute learnings to the knowledge base and Alation Community.
