Forgepoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a client-facing deployment and strategy lead in New York City to transform manufacturing operations with AI-powered workflows.
You will map current processes on-site, design how AI workers behave inside those workflows, and translate business rules into tasks, guardrails, approvals, and handoffs. Working closely with CEOs, COOs, and plant managers, you'll run pilots, iterate with users, capture learnings into playbooks, and launch agents.
This is a client-facing deployment and strategy role that sits at the intersection of consulting, product, and operations. You'll be the on-site lead responsible for transforming our customers' operations from manual processes to fully automated, AI-powered workflows.
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with CEOs, COOs, and plant managers, you'll lead on-site discovery and map how work gets done today, then design how our AI workers should behave inside those workflows - translating business rules into agent tasks, guardrails, approvals, and handoffs. You'll configure and launch agents, run pilots, iterate quickly with users, and prove measurable value against a baseline. As you go, you'll capture learnings into playbooks and templates that make every future deployment faster.
The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply user-centric - you'll switch comfortably between the shop floor and the boardroom.
Revitalize an industry. Rebuild America's manufacturing backbone.
America builds satellites, jet engines, semiconductors, and more with world-class precision, but the software running factory offices is decades behind. Estimators, procurement teams, and accountants still lose hours to spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual data entry.
Forgepoint builds AI workers for quoting, purchasing, invoicing, and sales coordination. By removing back-office bottlenecks, we help US manufacturers move faster, grow, and compete globally.
We're backed by a16z speedrun and angels from Brex, Xwing, and Betterment. Join us in rebuilding the digital foundation of American manufacturing.
Jack began his career at Acer and Northrop Grumman, then advised industrial companies at Bain. At Xwing, he helped scale the company and led GTM through its acquisition by Joby Aviation. He holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from USC.
Alex Pareto - Co-Founder & CTO
Alex began at Meta, founded YC-backed Demeanor, and joined NTWRK after its acquisition. He later became a founding engineer on Brex Spend Management and led its engineering organization. He holds a BS in Computer Science from USC.
Onsite in New York City, five days a week.
