  • Support commissioning, validation, and readiness activities before operational handoff
  • Capture field feedback, validation notes, and operating procedures to support scale
  • Support collection of production data used to strengthen model performance
  • Train site contacts on day-to-day use, escalation paths, and deployment readiness
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and technical findings with customer and internal teams
  • Travel to customer locations across North America, about 50 percent

  • Confidence working independently at customer sites and managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with operators, plant leadership, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ability to solve technical issues involving hardware, connectivity, and system performance in live environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the United States and Canada
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to machine vision, industrial cameras, optics, or lighting systems
  • Familiarity with PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, or plant networking
  • Comfort with Linux based systems, edge computing devices, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting AI enabled products, validation workflows, or data capture initiatives
  • Background in manufacturing sectors such as food and beverage, consumer products, automotive, packaging, or similar
  • Success in fast paced, growth oriented technical environments
