Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a functional deployment specialist to support ERP/SAP S/4HANA deployments in a GxP-regulated environment. You will lead functional analysis, testing, and deployment readiness for complex order management and Customer Excellence processes.

The role requires independent work, strong data-flow validation, and mentoring of junior analysts. Experience with EDI/TIME integrations and pharmaceutical industry is preferred; U.S. Colorado location is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of ecosystem integration between EDI source system and TIME.
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced hands-on support for deployment of order management and Customer Excellence processes within Transcend.
• Perform functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and system integrations.
• Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception-handling scenarios.
• Support end-to-end Customer Excellence execution testing and deployment readiness.
• Execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and elevate as needed.
• Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing under guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead.
• Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting.
• Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods.
• Mentor other analysts
