This role involves working closely with ML engineers to ensure codecs run reliably and efficiently. We offer a compensation range of $140k–$200k, along with founding equity and full relocation & visa support.

• You’ll work closely with ML engineers and customers to ensure our codecs run reliably in production at scale.
• Sample projects: Integrating compression pipelines into customer production systems; Building tooling to monitor and debug deployed codecs.
