Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc. is seeking a client-focused Deployment Consultant to lead healthcare software implementations across hospital and clinic settings. You will collaborate with clients to understand workflows, configure systems, and drive successful deployments.

Responsibilities include tailoring deployment strategies, conducting workshops, and providing training while building trusted advisor relationships. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, PM, or software deployment within healthcare.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employee health programs and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

• Serve as primary client contact, conducting in-depth consultations to understand needs, workflows, and objectives.
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to each client's requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Complete requirements gathering and scope creation for in-scope workflows.
• Configure application as needed and direct analysts for accurate setup.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure configurations meet client needs and best practices.
• Provide training and support to clients through workshops, webinars, and on-site sessions.
• Establish strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features.
• Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in consulting, project management, or software deployment, preferably in healthcare
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory knowledge of employee health programs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
