Job summary

snc seeks a Principal Mission Systems Operator (LEAD) to serve as the foremost expert in mission systems operations. You will drive strategic use of sensor systems to fulfill critical objectives, lead mission planning, data analysis, and provide guidance for operational execution.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance mission effectiveness, ensure safety, and optimize performance across deployments while supporting CRM and advanced radar capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field. Minimum 12 years with no degree.
• Mastery of sensor technologies (RADAR, MX-15).
• CRM and Airmanship practical application experience.
• SSDL radio functionality knowledge.
• RADAR Theory and MX15HDi camera knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct complex airborne missions using RADAR and MX-15 systems.
• Lead execution of high-stakes airborne missions.
• Provide expert analysis and strategic data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor senior operators and team leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align mission strategies.
