Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Principal Mission Systems Operator (LEAD) to serve as the foremost expert in mission systems operations. You will lead high-level mission planning, complex data analysis, and provide guidance to senior operators to enhance mission effectiveness.

The role requires mastery of RADAR and MX-15, extensive CRM experience, and readiness to deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of related experience.
• In the absence of a degree, 12 years of related experience may be substituted.
• Mastery of sensor technologies (RADAR, MX-15).
• CRM and Airmanship practical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct complex airborne missions using RADAR and MX-15 systems.
• Lead high-stakes airborne mission execution and data analysis.
• Provide expert guidance to senior operators and stakeholders.
