Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to provide on-site and field-based support for the T-45 Goshawk at Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas. The role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision across time zones.

Current duties include leading field operations, coordinating with engineering and logistics, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience with military aircraft maintenance.
Willing and able (on short notice) to deploy/travel domestically and internationally to meet customer needs.
Willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic or international) as required.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site field service support for T-45 aircraft operations and maintenance activities.
Act as on-site liaison between customer personnel and Boeing to resolve technical/operational issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and support resolution of aircraft and system discrepancies.
Coordinate with service engineering, supply chain, logistics, and program teams to resolve field issues.
Support aircraft availability, readiness, and sustainment objectives.
Document field issues and corrective actions in accordance with program and company procedures.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance requirements.
Explain data and documents to customers and provide on-the-job training as needed.
Work unsupervised in varied environments and be ready for around-the-clock operations.
Be willing to work any shift.
