The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CIS and related areas, with a strong background in cloud, networks, security, and interoperability, and holds an active clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related certifications.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise or tactical CIS.
• 3+ years in cloud computing, network automation, or enterprise/tactical networking.
• Experience with satellite communications, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, or AI-enabled network management.
• 3+ years in deployable CIS/SIGINT capability as SME.
• 3+ years integrating emerging technologies.
• 3+ years performing technical analysis and briefs.
• 3+ years in NATO or multinational military environment.
• Active NATO or National Secret clearance.
• NATO passport with travel to NATO nations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the DCIS Program Director on emerging technologies and modernization.
• Perform capability gap analyses and develop modernization recommendations.
• Assess integration of new technologies into DCIS architectures and ensure interoperability.
• Produce technical evaluation reports and briefings; support OpTEval.
• Travel up to 30 days per year as required.
