• Facilitate family focused staffing to address permanency goals and other staffing as needed.
• Oversee communication between staffing participants and mediate challenging conversations.
• Record staffing outcomes and share with CLS and the Department of Children and Families within required timeframes.
• Document case related activities in the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) following required protocols.
• Maintain understanding of DCF Operating Procedures, Florida Administrative Code and Florida Statute governing staffing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
