Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, family members, and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance reflecting company standards.
• Perform duties professionally, ethically, and courteously.
• Provide safe, timely, dependable door-to-door transportation.
• Follow pre-planned daily routes; routes provided electronically via company cell phone.
• Operate and navigate a cell phone to access routes, updates, and communication.
• Assist clients with entering/exiting the vehicle while maintaining safety, dignity, and independence.
• Complete required documentation accurately and submit on time.
• Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure schedules, documentation, and client information accuracy.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with professionalism, dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Respect client rights, privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Comply with Ohio Department of Aging regulations and service requirements.
• Operate company vehicles safely and obey traffic laws.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and report changes promptly.
• Maintain driving record meeting company and insurance requirements.
• Report accidents, incidents, injuries, or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
