Job summary

MTM Transit in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking Non-CDL Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist with loading, mobility devices, and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs for riders, including older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, hold a valid Ohio Class D license (or obtain within 3 months), and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Ohio Class D driver license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Minimum of 2 years driving history.
• No DUI or DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to riders.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from the vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and safety equipment as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for riders.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
• Use tablets or electronic devices to document trips as needed.
