Job summary

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current STNA certification. Candidates with prior healthcare transportation experience are preferred and must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current STNA certification required.
• Healthcare transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments, social events, and other outings.
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and facility policies.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and coordinate routine maintenance to keep vehicles in safe working order.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff to confirm and update transportation needs.
• Follow all healthcare, infection control, and transportation regulations and policies.
