Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Ambulette Driver to provide safe non-emergency transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair patients to and from healthcare destinations.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, CPR/First Aid readiness, patient assistance, and coordination with dispatch. Requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, DOT physical and one year driving history; we offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in state of practice.
• DOT physical certificate and CPR with First Aid before hire.
• One year of acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complies with ambulance service and hospital policies ensuring quality, efficiency and safety.
• Transports passengers to scheduled destinations; assists as needed.
• Operates ambulette safely and follows road laws.
• Maintains passenger confidentiality and professionalism.
• Communicates with central dispatch and documents passenger information.
