Care Connect at Home is seeking dependable HHAs or CNAs to join our family-owned team in Boca Raton, FL. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while following individualized care plans.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive office team. This in-home role provides meaningful work and the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
