Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking reliable HHAs or CNAs to join our family-owned home care team. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, working flexible day/evening/weekend shifts to fit your schedule.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, the ability to pick shifts with great clients, supportive office staff, referral bonuses, and consistent hours in a company that values caregivers.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience (a plus).
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
• Report any changes in condition to the team.
