Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping while following individualized care plans. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, referrals, and a supportive, family‑owned team.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred.
• Able to pass Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans and report changes to the team.
