Care Connect at Home is seeking reliable HHAs/CNAs to join our family-owned home care team. Earn weekly pay via direct deposit and enjoy flexible scheduling across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts that fit your availability.

You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans and reporting any changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Hoyer Lift experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check is required.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Following personalized care plans.
• Reporting any changes in condition to the team.
