Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking reliable HHAs or CNAs to join our family-owned home care team. You will assist seniors and adults at home with personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, following personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
