Job summary

Emplify Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Department Supply Technician to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to deliver high-quality patient care. This role links Supply Chain with Patient Care and supports operations across hospital and clinics.

The position requires at least two years in inventory or supply chain roles, a high school diploma, and strong customer service and communication skills.

We are seeking a Department Supply Technician to join our growing and thriving organization. This role serves as a critical link between Supply Chain and Patient Care teams, ensuring clinical departments have the products, equipment, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. What’s Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), benefit eligble
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00PM
  • No weekends, No Holidays
  • Location: La Crosse, WI
  • Department: Distribution (Supporting Obstetrics and Nursery Unit)

What you will do:

  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to support patient care.
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and other essential products throughout hospital and clinic locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product usage, expirations, and recalls maintaining compliance and preventing supply disruptions.
  • Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve inventory processes, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 2 years minimum previous experience in an inventory or supply chain related role.
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
