The USF Psychology Department is home to approximately 3,000 undergraduate and 100 graduate students. Our department also includes 6 administrative staff, 6 academic advisors, and over 50 core, affiliated, and emeritus faculty members. We are one of the largest departments in the College of Arts and Sciences.
The Department Operations Manager oversees the administrative and academic services within the school/department, providing support to the Chair, faculty, staff, and students. This role functions as a liaison to ensure effective management of budget, office operations, purchasing, facilities, and overall operational needs. It also involves supervising office staff and Federal Work-Study (FWS) students within the department.
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with four years of customer service related experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
