• Communication and Reception: answers phone/intercom, forwards messages to the appropriate staff.
• Organizational Duties: maintains charts and updates patient information across systems.
• Professional Development: assists in orienting new staff and maintains required competencies.
• Age-Specific Competency: applies growth and development knowledge to patient care.
