Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep store organized.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through engagement and service.
• Organize back stock, tag and code merchandise, and maintain signage.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and productivity.
• Support safety, labor policy adherence, and loss-prevention goals.
