Responsibilities

Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service. They may oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.

• Guest Service Department – Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent service, run promotions, train staff on service procedures, and maintain Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organization.
• Kitchen Department – Ensure quality food, safe operations, controlled food costs, and staff training on production procedures.
• People Department – Hire qualified crew, conduct training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, recognize and motivate the team.
