McDonald's is hiring a Department Manager in Training. Ideal candidates have prior Assistant Manager or long-term Shift Leader experience, with a background in quick service, hospitality or retail.

You must be 18 years or older for this position. Responsibilities include leading shifts, managing systems, setting goals, delegating tasks, training staff, and driving improvements to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant Manager or long-term Shift Leader experience.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage assigned systems, set goals and delegate tasks to teams.
• Motivate teams, train staff and ensure actions plan to improve results.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience during each visit.
• Oversee departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and maintain cleanliness and equipment.
