Position: Department Manager in Training
Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant Manager or long‑term Shift Leader experience. Experience in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts just like Shift Leaders to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Lead a Department.
- Manage assigned systems, set goals, delegate tasks to teams, motivate teams, follow up on tasks, create action plans, and train other restaurant employees.
- Oversee one of three Department Managers in each restaurant.
- Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute LTOs at a high level, train staff in service procedures, execute community involvement initiatives, ensure cleanliness of assigned area, and plan maintenance of equipment.
- Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensure great quality food delivered quickly, manage food safety, food cost, inventory counts, truck orders, kitchen staff training, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- People Department Manager responsibilities: interview, hire, onboard, retain, schedule, train crew, train managers, execute monthly FUN calendar, foster positive culture, ensure cleanliness, and plan equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience required, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
- Strong decision making and problem‑solving in fast‑paced environment.
