Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their teams and other managers.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: make sure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, ensure sales promotions are executed well, train all service staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager responsibilities: hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, provide a supportive onboarding experience, and recognize and motivate staff throughout their tenure.
• Coordinate with other managers to meet overall restaurant performance objectives.
