Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead a store team to keep all store functions running seamlessly.
• Attract, assess and onboard future teammates to staff the store.
