Job summary

Nike Queenstown is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume retail team in a fast-paced store. You’ll coach, train and inspire your staff to deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Nike brand in the community.

This role requires three years of customer-facing experience and one year of leadership, with hours including nights and weekends. Nike provides medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan and employee discounts to help you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
