Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Lead store's team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
