• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and senior management.
• Oversee the Guest Service Department.
• Oversee the Kitchen Department.
• Oversee the People Department.
• Recognize and motivate crew.
