The role leads talent development, recruiting, mobility, and compliance, supporting ~2,300 employees across 25 locations with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10 years of human resources management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• MBA and SHRM-SCP/SPHR-CA preferred.
• 3-5 years of data analytics experience.
• Experience working for an international company.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership across employee relations, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and policy administration.
• Lead performance and development programs including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Drive innovative recruiting, onboarding, internships, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee global mobility by managing immigration and international assignments with global HR teams.
• Ensure compliance and advance affirmative action and diversity initiatives.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation.
• Lead a team of HR professionals supporting ~2,300 employees across 25+ locations.
• Foster innovation and act as trusted business partner for change.

We are seeking a Department Manager, Leadership Partner, Human Resources Management, HR Marketing & Recruiting in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This role will drive innovative people strategies, talent development, and organizational transformation for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Financial Services in the United States.

What You Should Bring.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of human resources management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in concentration in HR Management or related discipline.
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR-CA.
  • 3-5 years of data analytics experience.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The expected salary range for this position is $157,800.00. - $291,900.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
