Job summary

BMW Shared Services, LLC is offering a Spring 2027 Intern position in Corporate Communications in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The role is part-time, January 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027, with in-office days and hybrid work options.

Responsibilities include planning media events, drafting press materials, and coordinating with internal and external partners. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have US work authorization, a 3.0 GPA, and at least 60 credits completed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work part-time (20 - 29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

• Logistical work: scheduling, travel booking, vendor coordination, materials prep, etc.
• Use Microsoft Copilot (AI) to speed up drafting, summarizing, and prep work across decks, docs, and email.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days at the Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
