Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking a department manager to oversee a specific area, ensure accurate inventory, and support daily store operations. You will lead a 3–7 person team and assist customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume retail, strong people-management skills, and comfort with daily operational tasks in a warehouse-style environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Management of 3–7 staff members is expected.
• Big box retail experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Inventory management experience is required.
• Ability to handle confrontations and follow up effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department, count inventory, and handle day-to-day operations.
• Supervise a team of 3–7 associates and assist customers as needed.
