Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to supervise evening warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of warehouse experience, prior leadership responsibilities, and strong skills in Excel and WMS. You will focus on safety, accuracy, and performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, order picking, and shipping
• Ensure efficient workflow and proper labor allocation to meet productivity and throughput targets
• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely movement of product and minimize bottlenecks
• Support the execution of operational plans to meet service level and performance expectations
• Supervisor, coach, and develop warehouse associates to ensure high performance and accountability
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance management for shift team members
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
