Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead shifts weekly and oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and guide team members to maintain fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant/hospitality management experience, are 18+, and enjoy coaching staff while delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate and friendly guest experiences.
• Oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals and delegate tasks.
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people and service areas.
