Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, managing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include delivering great quality food, ensuring safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, while recognizing and motivating staff.
